I-Associates is a technology company.
Our people are technologists.
We are passionate about technology and how it can be used to meet business objectives.
Our historical root lies in the contracting market, where as individuals we worked on behalf of large blue-chip organisations to define and implement complex solutions.
Our people have worked across sectors in telecommunications, finanace, media (new & old) and retail.
Circa 1994 we were prototying java solutions for the finance industry. We were advising large corporations on their online strategies.
In 1996 we were building b2b gateways. We architected and delivered a services orientated platform to a Tier 1 UK telecommunications provider
In 1999 we prototyped .NET portals.
In 2001 we built voice web portals.
In 2004 we advised the telecommunications industry on next-generation service delivery platforms.
B2B, B2C, N-Tier, Frameworks, Web services, SOA, ESB, XML, etc. are all buzzwords in use today promising to make application development easier - our people are visionaries and have been delivering on these promises before the buzzwords ever existed!
I-Associates is a resource-pool. A group of like-minded individuals who have come together to aid organisations to realise their business objectives through the use of best practice, methodology and appropriate technology.
Since 1996 our consultants have been building a formidable reputation on delivering robust, cost effective technology solutions to businesses throughout the UK.
Our consultants are highly skilled and experienced in various technologies. They focus on delivering business value and achieving solid ROI through our solutions.
Our consultants are creative problem solvers who can “think outside the box” to deal with complex situations and issues.
Our consultants hold multiple certifications in application development. Several have held IT management positions including Application Development Manager, Technical Lead, Technical Design Authority, CIO & CTO.
Life at I-Associates
It's hard work but it is also a lot of fun. We are a professional firm and we want our consultants to be undertaking chargeable work whenever they can. But we do place equal emphasis on building a team and keeping people in touch.
At I-Associates we will invest in your skills through formal courses and/or in-house training days where we learn from each other.
Although the lion's share of today’s business is based in the UK, we design and deliver technical solutions all over the world and many of our consultants have enjoyed the opportunity to travel.
With most of our people out of the office, regular communication is important. We host a monthly internal networking and catch-up meeting. It is a critical part of life at I-Associates.
